At Flatspot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the product is unworn to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
